The littlest Nothin’ Fancy fan
Tony Shorter, bass man with Nothin’ Fancy, and Natalie Haney are the proud parents of a baby girl, Natasha Greenwood Haney Shorter. That’s a big name for such a little girl!
She was born on November 22 at 9:16 p.m. (EST), weighing in at 8 lbs 10 oz and 21.5” long. Natasha is Tony and Natalie’s first child.
Her name was a while in coming, only being chosen after a couple weeks of deliberation. Tony says that his first choice did not meet the test.
“I was thinking about naming her Tenor, ’cause I believe you can hear her ten or so miles away, but Natalie didn’t think it was a good idea.”
No wonder…
