Reuters reports on Earl Scruggs
Reuters is running a story about Earl Scruggs this morning. The story talks about his history in the music business, the recent passing of his wife Louise, and his recent performance at the Kennedy Center. [Editor’s note: I mentioned this series in my last post about the Grascals]
On the subject of Louise, and his continued performance at the age of 82, they quote Earl as saying:
I know she would want me to still do what I’m doing, because she kept me going a lot of times when I’d almost lose interest in getting out on the road,
