NewFound Road out west
NewFound Road is back home after recently completing a west coast tour with fiddler Jim Van Cleve in tow. The band had shows in Arizona and California, taking a brief time out for a bit of tourist activity while in San Francisco.

A new CD from NewFound Road, Same Old Place, is set for an April 28 release on Rounder Records.

NewFound Road is about to start working on a new CD. The first studio date is December 8, suggesting that a release in mid-to-late 2008 is reasonable.

The first video from NewFound Road's latest CD, Same Old Place, is out today, with an exclusive first look here on The Bluegrass Blog. The video is for the title track, and was shot and edited by Matt Zervos, who recently directed Dale Anne Bradley's video for Don't Turn Your Back.
