New CD from Remington Ryde
We are once again being overwhelmed with new CDs – and word of new releases – and hope to get caught up on all that over the next few weeks. They are coming in from all over the world. It must be the beginning of bluegrass season!
The Ryde is the latest project from Remington Ryde, based in Hershey, PA. They maintain a busy schedule throughout the mid-Atlantic region and host a 3 day festival each July in Reedsville, PA.
The band specializes in original music that retains the feel of the traditional bluegrass its members grew know and love. 9 of the 14 tracks on the new CD were written within the band.
The group consists of on guitar and vocals, Danny Stewart on mandolin, Wally Yoder on bass, and Billy Lee Cox on banjo.
