Infamous Stringdusters rock iTunes
The Infamous Stringdusters, the sophomore effort from The Infamous Stringdusters, won’t be in stores until June 10 – but it is available in the iTunes Music Store right now as a digital download.
This pre-release arrangement also gets the CD prominence on the front page of iTunes, where you can find it under the Indies listing. Sugar Hill reports that after the CD’s first day in iTunes (6/3), it ranked as the #20 country album download on Apple’s site.
If you just can’t wait for the new CD, it looks like it’s iTunes for you. Pre-orders for the disc from the band’s site will get you an autographed copy, and a free download of a live concert by the ‘Dusters.
Don’t forget to enter our pair of contests surrounding the album’s June 10 release. We are giving away three autographed copies, plus two tickets to the Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival in New York.
