Howdy ya’ll,

I wanted to let you know about a wonderful festival that my family is putting together this year. It’s a 2 day festival (Friday, September 26 & Saturday, September 27) at the Allegany County Fairgrounds in the ole hometown…. Cumberland, Maryland.

As many of you know, stuff like this doesn’t happen very often around these parts but we’re trying to change that and would love to have you come out and support this endeavor.

The lineup for this festival is almost finalized and we’ve got some great talent coming! So far we have Tony Rice, the Seldom Scene, Jim Lauderdale, Drew Emmitt (of Leftover Salmon), Larry Keel & Natural Bridge (playing one set with Tony Rice, one set backing Jim Lauderdale and one set of their own), Furnace Mountain, the Woodshedders, Hillbilly Gypsies, Johnny Staats, the Barrel House Mamas and more.

Advance tickets for the weekend are only $58 and will be available soon on our website through July 31st. Please check out the site at http://www.harvestt imemusicfestival .com/. We are still adding things to the site and should have a forum set up soon for us to discuss whatever with like minded folks.
