Doc Watson update

We visited with Doc yesterday evening at Duke hospital. His surgery was minimally invasive and highly successful, and it appears that followup treatments won’t be necessary. He was racing around the ward, doing the requisite walking rounds about three times an hour. He’s vigorous and in great spirits, and hopes to be discharged this morning (Sat., o7/05).
