Chord charts on your cell phone
How convenient would it be to have a chord chart, metronome and pitch pipe available on your mobile phone? If the answer is, “quite, thank you very much,” you’ll be interested in Chord Genie, a cell phone application from British firm Inigma.
Chord Genie will find and display chords for banjo, guitar and mandolin, plus tenor guitar and ukelele. You can set it to find chords (multiple inversions) in altered tunings and set it to display the chords in a left-handed orientation.
The cost for this downloadable software is less than $10, and a full list of features can be found on the Chord Genie web site.
