<description>That was a fun jam, and a fun day at the NAMM show. My thanks to Tom Nechville for providing me a pass to get into the event. Tim and I were playing a couple of prototype wooden tonering banjos of Toms. We were trying to figure out if the wood tone ring would be loud enough to cut through in a jam.

The NAMM show, with hundreds (if not thousands) of guitars, drums, pianos and anything else that makes music, all playing in the same building was a good test! I am pleased (and a little surprised) to say they held up great!

Thanks again to Tom for my invitation to the show, and for letting us play all those cool banjos!
