Back from Myrtle Beach

I’ve just returned from the South Carolina State Bluegrass Festival in Myrtle Beach, SC. With the exception of Earl’s fall from the stage Saturday night, the festival was great. I got to hear the first half of Earl’s set, but hunger had caused me to leave in search of dinner so I was not present when he fell. The Bluegrass Brothers did a fine job of delivering some strait ahead high lonesome bluegrass. We recorded both sets and a March release for the DVD is planned.

Here are a couple pictures of them from the show.
