We have posted many times about the online banjo magazine, Silver Strings, written especially for new banjo pickers getting started later in life.

It is published monthly by Angie Sumpter of Angie’sBanjo.com. Each new issue is available at no cost online for a month, and all back issues can be accessed with a free subscription.

The August ‘06 issue is now up, which marks their one year anniversary of publication. It includes a mix of interviews, articles, tab and audio files – plus product reviews and new product information that may be of interest to their target audience.
